The EU and UK signed a Trade and Cooperation Agreement on 24 December 2020. Heading Five Fisheries is covered under articles 493-505 (document pages 635-656) and Annexes 35-38 (document pages 1879-1894). SPFA is working with the Scottish Fishermen’s Federation in engaging with Defra and Marine Scotland officials to establish the full implications of the TCA Fisheries Heading.
